Garcia Jacques

French architect, decorator and interior designer. Born in 1947 in Paris, France. He graduated from the Department of Applied Arts of the Peninghen School of Interior Design. His projects can be seen in famous hotels and restaurants around the world (the lobby and restaurant in Four Seasons hotel, New York; Nomand hotels in Las Vegas and Los Angeles; Sultan of Brunei apartments in Paris; Hotel Costes, Paris; La Mamounia Hotel, Marrakech; Danieli Hotel in Venice, etc.). He was named a Chevalier in the order of the Légion d'honneur for his contribution to the French classical style legacy. He is also one of the largest collectors of furniture and royal art objects dispersed after the French Revolution.

His furniture, made exclusively for Baker, combines classic extravagance and Zen minimalism.
